The Boyfriend and I watched this last night. I don’t think there’s a smarter horror movie out there. All psychological; all nuance; all uncertain until the end; all seemingly banal. All the horror is wrapped up in gender (like the shots of a male hand gripping Rosemary’s arm) or in class (middle class absorbed by upper class).
